
Wipro Limited has announced the appointment of Laura Marie Miller to its Board of Directors. The move brings a seasoned global technology leader to the company’s leadership framework as it continues to navigate rapid advancements in digital transformation and artificial intelligence-driven technologies.
Laura Miller brings more than two decades of leadership experience across industries including retail, hospitality, and payments.
During her career she has played a significant role in guiding global organisations through large scale transformation initiatives, aligning business strategy with modern technology platforms and data-driven capabilities.
She previously served in senior leadership roles at organisations such as Macy’s, where she was part of the executive leadership team and contributed to shaping the company’s digital, data, and AI strategy.
Her career also includes key roles at InterContinental Hotels Group and First Data, where she worked on technology modernisation and enterprise performance initiatives.
Miller also brings strong board level experience. She earlier served as a director at EVO Payments, where she was associated with the company during a period of significant growth that culminated in its acquisition by Global Payments.
In addition, she has previously served on the board of LGI Homes and currently holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at NCR Voyix and Ahold Delhaize.
Commenting on the appointment, Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman of Wipro, said Laura is a proven technology leader with extensive experience in helping global organisations navigate complex change and digital transformation.

As of 06 March 2026, at 12:45 PM, Wipro Ltd share price is trading at ₹196.30 per share, reflecting a gain of 0.32% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has declined by 14.92%.
With deep expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation and governance, Laura Miller’s appointment is expected to strengthen Wipro’s board as the company advances its global technology and AI led growth strategy.
