
Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced a new solar project win, adding to its order book with a turnkey EPC assignment for a ground-mounted photovoltaic plant in northern India.
The company has entered into a contract to execute engineering, procurement and construction works for a ground-mounted solar PV plant in Uttar Pradesh with a capacity of 10 MWac and 14 MWp.
The project will be delivered on a turnkey basis, covering end-to-end execution of the solar installation.
The order is valued at approximately ₹37.96 crore, excluding taxes, and has been awarded by a domestic entity engaged in the manufacturing and supply of industrial gases.
As per the contract terms, the solar project is scheduled for completion during FY 2026–27.

As of January 20, 2026, at 10:15 AM, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited share price is trading at ₹898.55 per share, reflecting a decline of 1.15% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has declined by 7.31%.
The latest EPC contract reflects continued activity in the domestic solar sector and contributes to Waaree Renewable Technologies’ project pipeline with a mid-sized ground-mounted installation planned for completion in the coming financial year.
