The company's net profit for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹891.87 crore, reflecting a 15.4% YoY rise from ₹772.89 crore in the previous year.
However, this figure represents a 20.8% decline from the March 2026 quarter's net profit of ₹1,126.26 crore.
For the financial year 2026, Waaree Energies Limited reported a total income of ₹27,244.92 crore. The net profit for the same period was ₹3,884.15 crore, showcasing the company's overall financial performance for the year.
Reflecting its elevated revenue scale, the company's operating EBITDA climbed to ₹1,439.92 crore for Q1 FY27, representing a healthy 44.38% increase over the ₹997.32 crore recorded in Q1 FY26.
While absolute operating profitability increased significantly, the operating EBITDA margin compressed to 18.15% for the quarter from 22.53% in the previous year's matching period.
In tandem with operating profits, the consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) advanced by 15.39% year-on-year to stand at ₹891.87 crore against ₹772.89 crore in the prior year period, yielding a finalized quarterly PAT margin of 11.01%.

The financial expansion during the quarter was underpinned by robust volume growth, as Waaree Energies reached a solar module production volume of 3.24 GW, marking a 41.51% increase year-on-year through scale advantages and heightened operational efficiencies.
Strategically, the company continued its progression into a diversified energy transition enterprise by executing a 55% equity stake acquisition in Associated Power Structures Private Limited to elevate its power infrastructure capabilities.
Furthermore, the company kicked off automated production for 5.15 GWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) containers in Rola, Gujarat, while its planned 10 GW cell manufacturing facility in Unn, Gujarat remains on schedule to begin commercial operations within the current financial year.
