Tata Consultancy Services' CEO, K Krithivasan, saw his annual salary rise significantly in FY26, reflecting the company's compensation trends and market positioning. 

Increment Detail and Components 

In the fiscal year 2026, K Krithivasan earned a total of ₹28.1 crores, marking a 6.3% increase from the previous year.  

This figure included ₹1.67 crores as his base salary, ₹1.43 crores as benefits, perquisites, and allowances, and an impressive ₹25 crore from commission. 

The rise in Krithivasan's remuneration from ₹26.52 crores in FY25 to ₹28.1 crores in FY26 signifies TCS's commitment to competitive executive compensation. 

COO Aarthi Subramanian's Remuneration 

TCS's COO, Aarthi Subramanian, received a total package of ₹18.33 crores in FY26. This comprised ₹1.5 crores in base salary, ₹1.83 crores in benefits and allowances, and ₹15 crores in commission, reflecting the company's hierarchical pay structure. 

General Employee Remuneration Trends 

The median salary for employees at TCS rose by 5.1% over the previous year, with the overall employee count reaching 5,84,519.  

The annual salary increment for junior and mid-level employees ranged from 4.5% to 7% in India, while the increase for those working outside India varied from 1.5% to 6%.

Performance-Based Pay Dynamics 

TCS informed in its report that top-performing employees in India received double-digit salary increments. The company conveyed that salary increments aligned with market trends and were evaluated based on company performance, individual performance, and utilisation levels.
