
Tata Investment Corporation Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported steady revenue growth along with a significant rise in profitability, reflecting strong performance across its investment portfolio.
On a standalone basis, total revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹420.21 crore, compared to ₹368.35 crore in FY25, indicating consistent growth. Total income increased to ₹426.34 crore from ₹369.48 crore in the previous year.
Profit after tax (PAT) for FY26 rose to ₹350.16 crore, up from ₹282.52 crore in FY25, showcasing strong earnings growth.
For the March quarter (Q4 FY26), total income stood at ₹56.37 crore, while PAT came in at ₹52.08 crore, reflecting a notable improvement compared to ₹35.20 crore reported in the same quarter last year.
On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹397.34 crore, compared to ₹305.08 crore in FY25. Total income increased to ₹403.47 crore from ₹306.22 crore.
The company reported a consolidated PAT of ₹433.68 crore for FY26, marking a strong increase from ₹312.09 crore in the previous year.
In Q4 FY26, consolidated total income was ₹42.16 crore, while PAT stood at ₹63.83 crore, reflecting improved profitability compared to ₹37.72 crore in Q4 FY25.
The company’s performance highlights a steady growth trajectory supported by improved income and higher returns from its investment portfolio. The rise in both standalone and consolidated profits indicates effective portfolio management and favorable market conditions during the year.
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹3.40 per ordinary share (340%) with a face value of Re. 1 each for the relevant financial year. This proposed dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon approval, the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in accordance with the applicable timelines and regulatory guidelines.
