Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced changes to its senior management, appointing new heads for two key business units as part of an internal reorganisation, as per a filing dated July 12, 2026.
The appointments, effective July 13, 2026, were disclosed to the stock exchanges under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
2 Business Verticals Get New Heads
Ramakrishna Mohan Veeturi has been appointed Business Head – BFSI Americas-2, while Arun Pradeep Surendra Mohan has been named Business Head – Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH).
Both appointments are on a full-time basis and form part of the company's senior management structure.

Experienced Executives Given New Responsibilities
Mohan has 31 years of experience in the financial services sector across business development, customer relationship management, sales, delivery and profit and loss management.
During his career at TCS, he has led strategic business units in North America, headed the global Cognitive Business Operations unit and managed sales and delivery operations in South America.
His work has covered North America, Europe, APAC, Asia and Latin America. He holds a Master of Technology degree from IIT Madras.
Long-Time TCS Executive to Lead TTH Business
Arun has been with TCS since 1995 and has close to 30 years of experience across banking, insurance, telecom, hi-tech and utilities. He currently oversees the Travel, Transport, and Hospitality business across EMEA and APAC.
Over the years, he has held delivery, business development, client partner and business leadership roles, and holds an engineering degree in Computer Science.
Business Realignment
The leadership changes come as TCS reshapes parts of its business organisation to support client demand for AI-led technology programmes across sectors.
The restructuring places experienced internal executives in charge of major verticals that account for a significant share of the company's global business, particularly banking, financial services, travel and hospitality.
