The Indian stock market ended in the red on Monday, November 24, as investors booked profits across sectors. Weak global cues and persistent foreign fund outflows added pressure, leading to a broad-based decline.

The Sensex fell 331 points, or 0.39%, to close at 84,900.71. The Nifty 50 also slipped, ending 109 points lower at 25,959.50.

Bharat Electronics

BEL and France’s Safran Electronics and Defence have signed a joint venture cooperation agreement to manufacture HAMMER precision weapons in India.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories

Dr Reddy’s has received European Commission approval for AVT03, a biosimilar to Prolia and Xgeva, used for treating osteoporosis.

Paras Defence

Paras Defence has signed an MoU with New Delhi’s IUAC to work together on developing commercial-grade MRI magnet systems.

HUDCO

HUDCO has entered into an MoU with the National Institute of Urban Affairs to support urban development and infrastructure projects.

GAIL India

GAIL has issued a swap tender to exchange two LNG cargoes loaded in the US for two cargoes to be received in India.

Hindustan Unilever (Kwality Wall’s)

Kwality Wall’s has strengthened its board with seven new appointments as part of its preparation for a planned demerger from HUL.

ACME Solar

ACME Solar has won a bid for a 130 MW round-the-clock renewable energy project from Railways at a tariff of ₹4.35 per unit.

Sunteck Realty

Arbitration proceedings involving the Dubai subsidiary of Sunteck Realty and its joint venture partner have been closed after all claims were withdrawn.
