In the previous trading session, benchmark indices traded with mixed sentiment as investors monitored global market cues alongside domestic corporate developments. 

Market participants are also keeping an eye on company-specific announcements including strategic partnerships, project wins, investments and management changes that could influence stock movement in the near term. 

Infosys Ltd 

The digital services and consulting major Infosys Ltd announced a strategic collaboration with Incora to accelerate the use of artificial intelligence across Incora’s global supply chain operations.  

Through the multi-year partnership, Infosys will help implement AI-enabled capabilities supporting supply chain operations across more than 60 countries. 

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd 

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd has secured a contract for the execution of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work for a ground-mounted solar PV plant with a capacity of 300 MWac / 420 MWp. The project is expected to be completed during FY 2027–28. 

Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd 

Arvind SmartSpaces has acquired a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield with an estimated saleable area of around 2.5 lakh square feet.  

The development carries a topline potential of approximately ₹330 crore, strengthening the company’s residential real estate pipeline. 

HG Infra Engineering Ltd 

The infrastructure company HG Infra Engineering Ltd received an order worth ₹401.33 crore from Anuppur Thermal Energy.  

The contract involves civil and P-way works for railway infrastructure development at the 2×800 MW Thermal Power Project in Anuppur. 

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd 

Pieter Elbers has resigned as Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 10. Rahul Bhatia, Managing Director, will assume management responsibilities on an interim basis as the company transitions leadership in InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. 

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd 

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd is strengthening Caterpillar’s global supply chains from India by setting up a 40,000 sq ft warehousing facility at the Free Trade and Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) in Mannur village.  

The facility will support parts procurement from multiple countries and assist Caterpillar’s manufacturing operations. 

Brigade Enterprises Ltd 

Brigade Group has announced its entry into the industrial real estate segment with the launch of Brigade Industrial Park, a 25-acre development in Devanahalli. The project will provide nearly 2 million square feet of leasable industrial space. 

SEDEMAC Mechatronics Ltd 

SEDEMAC Mechatronics is also expected to remain in focus as its shares recently entered the market through a mainboard listing, drawing investor attention to the company’s growth prospects in the automotive technology segment. 

Waaree Energies Ltd 

Waaree Energies Ltd’s subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas Inc, has entered into a share subscription agreement with United Solar Holdings Inc to subscribe to approximately 53,68,551 Series B preferred shares for $30 million. The investment aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the international solar energy market. 

Central Bank of India 

Central Bank of India has renewed its co-lending partnership with Capri Global Capital to provide loans at competitive rates. The collaboration is expected to support portfolio expansion and enhance credit access for borrowers. 

Hindustan Zinc Ltd 

Hindustan Zinc Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CMR Green Technologies to establish a zinc alloy manufacturing facility at Zinc Park, marking another strategic partnership aimed at expanding its downstream metal capabilities. 

Adani Enterprises Ltd 

Adani Enterprises Ltd’s subsidiary Adani Road Transport has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% equity stake in D P Jain TOT Toll Roads along with optionally convertible redeemable preference shares. Following the transaction, the entity has become a wholly owned subsidiary. 

Conclusion 

Strategic collaborations, renewable energy project wins, infrastructure contracts, leadership changes and expansion initiatives are likely to drive stock-specific action in today’s trading session.
