In the previous trading session, benchmark indices witnessed sharp selling pressure, losing over a percent amid weak global cues and escalating geopolitical tensions.

Market participants continued to track company-specific developments, including joint ventures, product launches, export orders and facility updates that may influence near-term stock movement.

JSW Infrastructure Ltd

JSW Infrastructure informed exchanges that one of its 15 storage tanks at the Fujairah Liquid Terminal in the UAE sustained damage after debris from an intercepted drone fell within the facility on March 3. The development comes amid heightened geopolitical tensions in West Asia and is expected to remain in focus.

Dixon Technologies Ltd

Dixon Technologies has finalised its joint-venture agreement with original design manufacturer Longcheer Intelligence, after receiving government approval last year. The joint-venture entity, named Dixtel Infocomm, will have Dixon investing ₹7.39 crore for a 74% stake, while Longcheer will invest ₹2.6 crore for the remaining 26% stake.

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL)

Natco Pharma Ltd

Natco Pharma announced the launch of generic Pomalidomide capsules, indicated for the treatment of adult patients with blood and bone marrow cancer, in the US market. The launch is in partnership with Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc., strengthening the company's presence in the specialised oncology segment.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M)

M&M clarified to exchanges that it has already received an advance payment for an order from Indonesia amid rumours that its biggest ever export delivery could have been cancelled. The company stated it has not received any further intimation from Indonesia about the suspension of the vehicle supply order.

Fino Payments Bank Ltd

The arrest of CEO Rishi Gupta will not impact Fino Payments Bank's aim to transition to a small finance bank (SFB), said interim head and CFO Ketan Merchant. He also highlighted that the bank has not witnessed any abnormal impact on its deposits following the development.

NTPC Ltd

The power ministry has decided to set up a search-cum-selection committee to look for the head of state-owned electricity generator NTPC, as government headhunter PESB failed to identify a suitable candidate. Incumbent Gurdeep Singh's service was recently extended till August 1, 2026, in the absence of a successor.

Tata Steel Ltd

Tata Steel will invest ₹11,000 crore in Jharkhand for developing advanced grade steel at its Jamshedpur facility, Tata Group Chairman N Chandrasekaran announced. The technology developed for advanced steel production is expected to benefit other steelmakers as well.

Conclusion

Geopolitical developments, strategic joint ventures, product launches in regulated markets and clarifications on export orders are likely to drive stock-specific action in today's trading session.
