Route Mobile Share Price in Focus; Launches AI-Powered Voice Fraud Protection Solution 365callguard

Route Mobile has announced a new development in its communications security business. Its group company, 365squared, has launched an AI-powered voice fraud protection platform called 365callguard. 

The solution is designed to help mobile and fixed-line operators identify suspicious calls and stop fraud before they reach subscribers. 

One Platform to Detect Seven Types of Voice Fraud 

365callguard targets seven types of telecom fraud: vishing, caller ID spoofing, Wangiri, International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF), SIM box fraud, flash calls and robocalls. 

The platform combines dedicated AI models with rule-based detection to analyse calls in real time. It also gives operators visibility into the impact of fraud and the revenue they can protect. 

How 365callguard Works? 

The solution can connect with existing operator infrastructure. Depending on an operator's policies and network capabilities, it can trigger actions such as blocking calls, modifying caller IDs, or sending alerts to subscribers. 

Tonio Ellul, CEO of 365squared, said traditional methods are becoming less effective as voice fraud grows more sophisticated. He said the new platform brings protection against multiple types of fraud through a single solution. 

Builds on Existing Fraud Protection Business 

365callguard adds voice protection to 365squared's existing 365smsguard platform, which focuses on AI-powered messaging security. 

Together, the solutions extend the company's fraud prevention offering across voice and messaging channels. 365squared serves mobile and fixed-line operators and carriers worldwide, with a combined subscriber base of more than 600 million.
