NBCC Share Price in Focus; Secures ₹955.13 Crore Orders in Q1 FY27

NBCC (India) Limited secured ₹955.13 crore worth of projects during the quarter ended 30 June 2026, strengthening its order book across multiple infrastructure segments.
The projects are spread across Manipur, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, West Bengal, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi and Andhra Pradesh, and were secured in the normal course of business.
Quarter-Wise Order Inflow
The company secured projects worth ₹76.29 crore in April 2026 and ₹111.12 crore in May 2026.
Order inflows gathered pace in June 2026, contributing ₹767.72 crore and taking the total value of projects secured during Q1 FY27 to ₹955.13 crore.
Education and Institutional Projects
NBCC secured a ₹334.74 crore EPC contract for Phase I of the Central University of Kashmir at Tulmulla Campus, Ganderbal.
The company also received a ₹76.29 crore EPC Mode II project for the Permanent Campus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) at Noney, Manipur, along with a ₹23.83 crore contract for constructing the International Potato Centre (CIP) at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
Government Infrastructure Projects
The company bagged a ₹199.73 crore EPC contract for an integrated township under the Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station Phase II (2×660 MW) of Damodar Valley Corporation in Purulia, West Bengal.
NBCC also secured a ₹76.45 crore project for constructing a new administrative office building for the Visakhapatnam Port Authority, and a ₹35.06 crore contract for a Government of India building at Mayur Vihar, New Delhi.
Redevelopment and Commercial Projects
The company received a ₹98.47 crore contract for the redevelopment of Circuit House at Altinho, Panaji, Goa, including five years of operation and maintenance.
It also secured an ₹87.29 crore redevelopment project for Government Quarters at St. Inez, Goa, including construction of Type C and D quarters and five years of operation and maintenance.
In addition, NBCC bagged a ₹23.27 crore project for the development of Commercial Plots 7 and 8 in Sector 14, Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh.

As of 02 July 2026, NBCC (India) Ltd share price closed at ₹102.96 per share, reflecting a decline of 1.42% from the previous trading session.
Conclusion
NBCC concluded the first quarter of FY27 with nine work contracts worth ₹955.13 crore, reflecting project awards across educational institutions, government infrastructure, commercial development and redevelopment works.
