NBCC Share Price in Focus; Secures ₹108.85 Crore Work Orders Across Jammu & Kashmir and Odisha

NBCC (India) Ltd has expanded its project pipeline after securing two work orders with a combined value of approximately ₹108.85 crore (excluding GST). The contracts cover infrastructure projects in Jammu & Kashmir and Odisha, adding to the company's project management consultancy portfolio.  

The assignments have been awarded by the National Horticulture Board and the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha, Cuttack.  

Projects Spread Across Two States 

The first contract, valued at approximately ₹20.42 crore (excluding GST), involves the construction of a Clean Plant Centre Laboratory and Office Building at ICAR-CITH, Srinagar under the Clean Plant Programme. 

The second and larger assignment is worth around ₹88.43 crore (excluding GST) and covers the construction of Boys' and Girls' Hostels at various locations across Odisha under the Directorate of Technical Education and Training.  

Clients and Scope of Work 

The National Horticulture Board has entrusted NBCC with the Srinagar laboratory and office building project, while the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha, Cuttack has awarded the hostel construction work. 

Together, the two assignments span infrastructure for the horticulture and education sectors across different regions of the country.   

Project Management Consultancy Mandates 

Both projects have been awarded as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments by domestic entities. 

The total value of the two contracts stands at approximately ₹108.85 crore, excluding GST.

As of 27 July 2026, at 11:20 AM, NBCC (India) Ltd share price was trading at ₹95.03 per share, reflecting a surge of 1.27% from the previous trading session.
