Lodha Developers Share Price in Focus as it Enters Delhi-NCR with ₹1,200 Crore Gurugram Golf Course Road Project

Lodha Developers has made its entry into the Delhi-NCR property market with the launch of Lodha Pantheon, as per news reports. The company plans to invest between ₹1,100 crore and ₹1,200 crore in the premium office project on Gurugram's Golf Course Road.
Spread across 1.2 acres, the development will have 27 floors and a saleable area of 4 lakh sq. ft. This marks the company's first commercial project in the region.
Lodha Pantheon to Offer Premium Office Spaces
The project will carry a Grade A++ classification. Its office floor plates will range from 13,000-15,000 sq. ft. to 20,000-25,000 sq. ft.
Lodha plans to sell the office spaces rather than retain the property as a leasing asset. Executive Director-Finance Sushil Modi said the initial response from customers has been encouraging. He also noted demand from businesses looking to own office premises instead of entering into long-term leases.
Residential Project Planned on Sohna Road
The company's expansion in Gurugram will also include a residential development on Sohna Road. Lodha expects to launch this project in the fourth quarter of the current financial year.
Both developments will act as pilot projects as the company evaluates opportunities in Delhi-NCR before expanding further.
Q2 Sales Bookings Rise 10%
Lodha Developers reported sales bookings of ₹5,037 crore in Q2 FY27. This was 10% higher than the corresponding quarter last year. First-half bookings also increased 7% to ₹9,670 crore.
The company has set a sales bookings target of ₹24,000 crore for FY27 against ₹20,530 crore recorded in FY26.
Its consolidated net profit rose 28% to ₹1,013.5 crore in Q2. Total income increased to ₹4,584.9 crore from ₹3,878.9 crore a year earlier.
