On April 23, 2026, L&T announced that its Buildings & Factories business vertical had won multiple orders. Among these is a contract from Oberoi Realty to construct 7 high-rise residential towers in Gurugram, NCR.
The project encompasses RCC shell and core construction, earthworks, and piling, all to be completed within strict timelines.
Additionally, L&T has secured an order for constructing a Proving Ground from a reputed international company in Haryana.
This facility aims to enhance testing infrastructure for vehicles equipped with the latest technology. The scope of work includes finishing works and external development relevant to the facility.
Orders are categorized into five distinct tiers based on their value in ₹ Crores. A Significant order ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 crore, while a Large order falls between ₹2,500 and ₹5,000 crore. Moving higher, a Major order is valued from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 crore, and a Mega order spans ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 crore. Finally, any order exceeding ₹15,000 crore. is classified as Ultra-Mega.
