HCLTech Share Price Rises Over 5%; Expands Strategic Partnership with CrowdStrike

HCLTech and CrowdStrike have expanded their strategic partnership to address security risks linked to the growing use of AI by enterprises.
The companies announced the development on September 14, 2026, covering the integration of CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian with HCLTech’s AI Security and Resilience services.
Services to Cover AI Systems
Under the expanded partnership, the companies will work on security for AI applications, models, agents, identities, and data. HCLTech will bring its cybersecurity advisory, AI governance, implementation and managed services into the arrangement through its Cybersecurity Fusion Centers.
The companies said the services will also help enterprises get more visibility into emerging risks. The latest agreement brings AI security into enterprise security operations, rather than limiting it to individual AI systems.
Builds on March 2026 Services
The expanded partnership follows the launch of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) services in March 2026. The arrangement combines CrowdStrike’s AI Detection and Response (AIDR) capabilities with HCLTech’s TRiBe framework, which covers AI trust, risk governance and resilience.
It will also include VERITY Frontier AI Resilience, HCLTech’s cybersecurity operating model. The model is used to identify, validate, and mitigate exploitable cyber exposure across hybrid environments on a continuous basis.
Company Details
CrowdStrike said the wider use of AI is creating another area of risk for enterprise security. HCLTech said companies need to deal with threats that use AI as well as security risks within the AI systems they deploy.
HCLTech has more than 223,000 employees across 60 countries. Its consolidated revenue for the 12 months ended June 2026 was $14.8 billion.
The company operates across AI, digital, engineering, cloud and software, serving sectors including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom and retail.
