HCLTech Share Price in Focus; Launches HCLTech Pulse to Accelerate AI-Led Transformation

HCLTech has created a new business unit called HCLTech Pulse, aimed at companies with annual revenue between $500 million and $5 billion, as per the exchange filing. The unit will work with businesses that are moving beyond small AI projects and looking to use the technology across their operations.
HCLTech Pulse brings several areas of the company’s technology work together, covering AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, engineering and business-process transformation.
HCLTech Targets $500 Million-$5 Billion Businesses
The new unit is specifically designed for enterprises in the $500 million to $5 billion revenue range. HCLTech said these companies have often worked with different providers for strategy, technology platforms, implementation and operations.
HCLTech Pulse is intended to bring these pieces together through a single transformation programme.
AI and Cloud Among Key Areas
The unit will work on AI strategy and implementation, data and AI platforms and cloud transformation. Application and enterprise-platform modernisation will also form part of its work.
Cybersecurity, engineering services and managed services are included as well.
$400 Billion Market Opportunity
Peter Bendor-Samuel, Founder and Executive Chairman of Everest Group, estimated the segment represents an approximately $400 billion global technology-services opportunity, growing at 7-9% annually.
He said businesses in this segment are moving from experimenting with AI towards larger-scale deployment.
HCLTech Puts AI and Engineering Together
HCLTech CEO and Managing Director C Vijayakumar said the company is combining its AI, engineering, cyber, data and industry capabilities through HCLTech Pulse.
He said the focus is on helping enterprises rethink how their processes work and turn AI investment into measurable business value.
Focus on a Single Delivery Model
Ashish Kumar Gupta, Global Head of the New Business Incubation Group at HCLTech, said the unit is aimed at giving these organisations focused attention and access to platform investments based on their individual priorities.

As of 17 September 2026, at 11:59 AM, HCL Technologies Ltd share price was trading at ₹1,247.90 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.45% from the previous trading session.
