HCLTech has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to help enterprises scale AI adoption through the Gemini Enterprise platform.
The announcement was made at the Google Cloud Summit 2026 in Sydney, where the company unveiled new AI agent solutions integrating Google's Gemini models with the ServiceNow platform.
The expanded collaboration combines Google Cloud's Gemini AI capabilities with the ServiceNow platform to help enterprises deploy AI agents across business operations.
The initiative is aimed at accelerating the real-world adoption of agentic AI for enterprise customers.
According to HCLTech, the solution integrates Gemini Enterprise-based AI agent capabilities with ServiceNow workflows.
The offering is designed to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance enterprise productivity.
The collaboration builds on HCLTech's recently launched Gemini Enterprise business unit.
The company said the new offering will help enterprises adopt AI at scale while leveraging Google's AI technologies and ServiceNow's enterprise workflow platform.
HCLTech will introduce enterprise AI solutions that combine Gemini's AI capabilities with ServiceNow's workflow platform.
The solutions include a next-generation Factory Shop Floor Assistant for manufacturing, AI-powered Field Services using Gemini Live integrated with ServiceNow Field Service Management, Customer Experience solutions, and an ITOps ServiceNow Agent available on Google Cloud Marketplace for Gemini Enterprise
The announcement coincided with HCLTech's sponsorship of the Google Cloud Summit 2026 in Sydney, Australia.
The company showcased its expanded AI capabilities as part of its ongoing collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow.
