Compared to the March 2026 quarter, net profit decreased by 45.9% from ₹645.44 crore.
For the financial year 2026 (FY26), Godrej Properties Limited's total income stood at ₹8,410.88 crore. The net profit for the year was ₹1,840.66 crore. These figures provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial performance over the entire fiscal year.
Operationally, the company recorded its highest-ever first-quarter booking performance, with booking values growing 22% year-on-year to ₹8,651.00 crore.
This operational milestone marks the sixth consecutive quarter where the developer's booking metrics surpassed the ₹7,000.00 crore threshold.
The record sales volume was achieved by selling 3,738 housing units spanning a total saleable area of 6.2 million square feet.
Sales momentum was highly accelerated by intense end-user consumer demand across multiple newly launched residential programs, including Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru which brought in ₹3,237.00 crore, and Godrej Samaris in Gurugram which contributed ₹1,248.00 crore.
Geographically, regional sales contributions were heavily led by the Bengaluru market, which accounted for 44% of the aggregate booking value.
The Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) followed at 21%, the National Capital Region (NCR) at 18%, Pune at 11%, and Hyderabad at 5% of total bookings, driven partly by the launch of Godrej Brooklyn Avenue which secured ₹317.00 crore.
Total customer collections grew 18% year-on-year to reach ₹4,348.00 crore, helping the developer generate a positive quarterly operating cash flow of ₹399.00 crore.
Simultaneously, intensive on-site project construction tracking accelerated, pushing construction and related capital outflows up by 54% year-on-year.
The company significantly expanded its future project pipeline during the three-month period by adding 3 new real estate projects.
These portfolio additions encompass an estimated saleable area of roughly 8.0 million square feet and are projected to generate a future booking value of ₹9,500.00 crore.
With these successful acquisitions, the developer achieved 48% of its entire annual business development guidance within the first quarter of the fiscal year.
In terms of immediate execution, the firm successfully delivered 0.9 million square feet of completed real estate projects during the quarter.
Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej stated that strong structural demand across core markets positions the firm well to meet its annual targets of over ₹39,000.00 crore in bookings and ₹24,000.00 crore in total collections.
This scale is expected to yield approximately ₹9,000.00 crore in full-year operating cash flows to fund sustainable corporate growth.
In terms of sustainability and corporate governance, the company was the sole Indian real estate entity included in the TIME World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2026 listing.
Furthermore, the organization was honored with the prestigious Golden Peacock National Quality Award for the year 2026.
