
Godrej Agrovet Ltd. has inaugurated India's first Integrated Oil Palm Complex in Khammam, Telangana, bringing the entire oil palm value chain under one roof.
As per the exchange filings, the company said the integrated facility represents a cumulative investment of ₹300 crore and is expected to support its long-term expansion in the oil palm business.
The integrated complex includes seed and genetics nursery, an R&D centre, a palm oil mill and an upcoming state-of-the-art refinery, creating a seed-to-refinery ecosystem at a single location.
According to the company, the project is designed to strengthen the entire oil palm value chain while supporting domestic edible oil production.
Godrej Agrovet said the cumulative investment in the integrated complex will reach ₹300 crore once all facilities become operational.
The company added that the investment aligns with its strategy of expanding its oil palm business while strengthening India's edible oil security.
The company has commenced operations at the oil palm mill with an initial processing capacity of 30 tonnes per hour, which can be expanded to 60 tonnes per hour.
Godrej Agrovet plans to increase the area under oil palm cultivation in Telangana from the current 10,000 hectares to 30,000 hectares by 2030.

As of July 20, 2026, Godrej Agrovet share price was trading at ₹571.55 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.66% from the previous trading session.
The inauguration of India's first integrated oil palm complex marks a significant milestone for Godrej Agrovet's oil palm business. The ₹300 crore investment is expected to enhance processing capacity, strengthen farmer support, accelerate R&D efforts and support the company's long-term expansion strategy in the edible oil segment.
