The company also completed a full acquisition of Housing.com, integrating it into its tech network.
Aurum PropTech's total income for the June 2026 quarter was ₹119.01 crore, up 61.1% from ₹73.88 crore in the same period last year.
However, this figure represents a 9.9% decline from the ₹132.03 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
The net profit for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹45.18 crore, a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹10.02 crore a year ago, and a 174.8% increase from the ₹16.44 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Aurum PropTech's total income was ₹412.43 crore. The company reported a net profit of ₹0.72 crore for the year.
Aurum PropTech has completed the acquisition of Housing.com from REA Group, bringing the real estate discovery platform's extensive user base into its ecosystem. Housing.com attracts over 58 million average monthly visits and has 12 million active users.

The company has implemented an AI operating system across its platforms, creating India's first AI-native real estate operating system. The Sell.do platform expanded by onboarding over 20 new developers and adding 400+ licenses.
Aurum Analytica sold over 1,34,000 leads, achieving 77% year-on-year growth. The PropTiger platform saw a 60% increase in gross commission through its PropPartnerX broker app.
The HelloWorld coliving platform expanded to 255+ spaces across 16+ cities, while the NestAway rental marketplace grew to 9,200+ rentable units, deploying AI agents for lead qualification.
As of July 20, 2026, at 1:03 PM, Aurum PropTech share price on NSE was trading at ₹238.95, down by 0.14% from the previous closing price.
