The company has been awarded a project for constructing a flood protection embankment along the Narmada River in Bharuch district.
The contract, valued at ₹698.49 crore (excluding GST), will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model.
The awarding authority is the Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpasar Department of the Government of Gujarat.
The project is scheduled to be completed within a period of 24 months, indicating a medium-term execution cycle.
The scope primarily involves strengthening flood management infrastructure in the region, aimed at mitigating risks associated with river overflow and enhancing resilience against seasonal water surges.
This contract has been awarded by a domestic government entity and falls within Dilip Buildcon’s core execution capabilities in large-scale civil and infrastructure development.
The order does not involve any related party transactions, ensuring a standard arms-length commercial structure.
