
CSB Bank Limited has approved a fresh grant of stock options under its CSB Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2019, as per the exchange filings.
The approval was given by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee on 22 July 2026, covering 61,565 stock options that can be converted into an equal number of equity shares.
The stock options have been granted to an eligible employee of the bank under the ESOS 2019.
The grant covers 61,565 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each and an exercise price of ₹370 per share.
The exercise price has been determined using the latest available closing price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) as on 21 July 2026, the trading day preceding the committee's approval. NSE was considered as it recorded the highest trading volume in the bank's shares.
The options will vest in four equal tranches of 25% after 12, 24, 36 and 48 months, with vesting dates falling on 22 July 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030, respectively.
Employees can exercise the vested options within 3 years from the respective vesting date, provided they continue in employment.
In the event of separation from service, the exercise period will be governed by the provisions of the CSB Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019. All other terms of the grant will also be as specified under the scheme.

As of 22 July 2026, at 11:45 AM, CSB Bank share price was trading at ₹368.45 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.42% from the previous trading session.
The latest grant under CSB Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019 provides an eligible employee with 61,565 stock options at an exercise price of ₹370 per share, with vesting spread over four years and exercise governed by the terms of the scheme.
