On July 22, 2026, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) reported its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company's total income increased by 23.3% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,60,776.35 crore, compared to ₹1,30,364.40 crore in the same quarter last year. However, BPCL recorded a net loss of ₹1,872.70 crore for the June 2026 quarter. 

BPCL Q1 FY27 Earnings Results 

BPCL's total income for the June 2026 quarter showed a 23.3% YoY increase, reaching ₹1,60,776.35 crore. This growth is also reflected in a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) comparison, with a rise of 18.3% from ₹1,35,898.51 crore in the March 2026 quarter. The increase in total income highlights the company's revenue growth over the past year. 

Despite the increase in total income, BPCL reported a net loss of ₹1,872.70 crore in the June 2026 quarter. This is a significant shift from a profit of ₹6,839.02 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Additionally, the company had recorded a profit of ₹5,624.54 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

Annual Financial Performance for FY26 

For the financial year 2026, BPCL's total income stood at ₹5,26,119.17 crore. The company reported a net profit of ₹25,843.45 crore for the same period. These figures provide an overview of BPCL's financial performance for the entire fiscal year.
