Earnings per share grew to ₹12.60 from ₹10.45 in the same quarter of the previous year.
For Financial Year 2026, total income stood at ₹18,755.82 crore and net profit (PAT) stood at ₹1,060.17 crore.
On July 20, 2026, the board approved a ₹4,500 crore fundraising plan to support long-term growth. This will be achieved through equity shares, convertible preference shares, or debt-linked instruments, pending shareholder approval at the 24th Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026.
Additionally, a first interim dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share was declared, representing 18% of the ₹10 face value. The record date for the dividend is July 24, 2026, with payouts expected within 30 days.

Shyam Metalics continues to focus on its steel and allied products segment. The company transferred 91,747 equity shares to employees under its ESOP schemes.
A provisional attachment order from the Directorate of Enforcement concerning investments of ₹152.48 crore in its subsidiary, Shyam SEL and Power Limited, was disclosed.
The company stated this order does not impact its operations or financials.
