In the June 2026 quarter, Blue Jet Healthcare Limited experienced a decline in net profit (PAT) by 14.2% YoY, reaching ₹78.26 crore compared to ₹91.17 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Despite this YoY decline, the company saw a 21.6% QoQ increase in net profit from ₹64.34 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Blue Jet Healthcare Limited reported a total income of ₹1,015.98 crore. The net profit for the same period stood at ₹247.82 crore. These figures provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial health over the year.
The company continues to operate in a single reportable business segment, specializing in manufacturing artificial sweeteners, contrast media intermediates, pharma intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for healthcare products.
The company confirmed that it does not have any subsidiaries, associates, or joint ventures, making consolidated reporting inapplicable.
In a significant post-quarter developments update, Blue Jet Healthcare expanded its equity base by allotting 1,58,10,276 equity shares of face value ₹2 each to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) via a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).
The shares were issued at a price of ₹506 per share, including a premium of ₹504 per share, successfully raising an aggregate capital amount of ₹800.00 crore.
The Board of Directors approved critical long-term leadership renewals to maintain operational stability and strategic continuity.
Mr. Akshay B Arora was re-appointed as the Whole Time Director and Executive Chairman for a further period of five years, effective from April 13, 2027, to April 12, 2032.
Similarly, Mr. Shiven Akshay Arora was re-appointed as the Managing Director for a matching five-year term running from April 13, 2027, to April 12, 2032.
Both executive leadership extensions remain subject to final shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of M/s KKC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second consecutive term of five years, keeping them in office until the conclusion of the 63rd Annual General Meeting.
The board finalized key administrative dates concerning shareholder rewards and the upcoming annual corporate calendar.
A record date of September 14, 2026, has been officially set to determine shareholder entitlement for a dividend payout of ₹1.20 per equity share (representing 60% on a face value of ₹2 each) for the financial year 2025–26.
The company announced that its 58th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted digitally through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
