
On July 31, 2026, Bajaj Finserv Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the earnings results.
The company reported a total income of ₹42,036.90 crore and net profit of ₹6,296.67 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
In the June 2026 quarter, Bajaj Finserv's total income reached ₹42,036.90 crore, up from ₹35,300.02 crore in the previous year, representing a 19.1% year-on-year growth.
Compared to the March 2026 quarter, the income increased by 9.2% from ₹38,508.14 crore.
Net profit for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, was ₹6,296.67 crore, an 18.2% rise from ₹5,329.17 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
This also marked a 20.5% increase from ₹5,226.26 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Bajaj Finserv reported a total income of ₹1,50,530.38 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹19,669.47 crore, indicating a strong financial performance throughout the year.
The group's performance was strongly anchored by its retail financing branch, Bajaj Finance Limited, which clocked a consolidated net profit of ₹6,081 crore, representing a 28% increase over the previous year.
Within this segment, mortgage subsidiary Bajaj Housing Finance Limited contributed a profit after tax of ₹715 crore, showing a 23% year-on-year growth.
In the insurance segment, Bajaj General Insurance reported a gross written premium of ₹5,789 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹478 crore. Meanwhile,
Bajaj Life Insurance achieved a gross written premium of ₹7,399 crore and reported a shareholders' profit after tax of ₹51 crore, while the net value of its new business (VNB) expanded 87% to ₹271 crore.
The Board of Directors approved the issuance of 15,11,358 equity shares of face value of ₹1 each to the Bajaj Finserv ESOP Trust to fulfill the company's employee stock option scheme requirements.
Furthermore, subject to necessary regulatory clearance from the IRDAI, the board granted permission to pursue a new re-insurance business line through a soon-to-be-incorporated subsidiary.
Segment-wise revenue analytics highlight that retail financing remains the largest segment bringing in ₹23,166.41 crore, followed closely by the combined gross written insurance pool of ₹13,188.04 crore.
Assets under management (AUM) for its emerging mutual fund vertical, Bajaj Asset Management, concluded the quarter at a healthy ₹31,444 crore.
