The gross margin expanded by 90 bps to 56.7%, driven by higher full-price sell-through and reduced discounting. Direct channels contributed 62% of the revenue, with a strong L2L growth of 11.6%, although online B2C growth was -38%.
Arvind Fashions reported an all-time high in inventory freshness, with net working capital days stable at 65 days. This stability was supported by improved inventory management over the previous year. The company's focus on direct channels has been a significant factor in maintaining these metrics.
