On July 20, 2026, Mahindra Logistics Limited reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company achieved a total income of ₹2,012.71 crore and net profit (PAT) of ₹27.83 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. 

Mahindra Logistics Q1 FY27 Earnings Results 

In the June 2026 quarter, Mahindra Logistics Limited achieved a total income of ₹2,012.71 crore, marking a 23.5% year-on-year increase from ₹1,629.66 crore in the same period last year.  

This also represents a 12.1% quarter-on-quarter rise from ₹1,795.27 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

The company recorded a net profit (PAT) of ₹27.83 crore. This is a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹9.44 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.  

The net profit also increased by 24.5% from ₹22.36 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

Annual Performance for FY26 

For the financial year 2026, the company's total income was ₹7,016.43 crore, with a net profit of ₹10.57 crore. 

Segment Performance and Strategic Adjustments 

Mahindra Logistics Limited's various business segments showed varied performances. The Contract Logistics segment saw a 26% year-on-year revenue increase, with EBITDA rising by 31%.  

The Express vertical grew by 58% year-on-year, maintaining positive gross margins for the fourth consecutive quarter. 

Conversely, the Last Mile Delivery segment experienced a 16% year-on-year revenue decline due to a strategic portfolio recalibration.  

This recalibration aimed at eliminating unprofitable clients, resulting in an EBITDA profit of ₹2.6 crore.  

The Mobility business expanded by 38% year-on-year, driven by new corporate B2B client additions. Additionally, the total warehousing space under active management increased to 21.9 million square feet.

As of July 20, 2026, at 2:49 PM, Mahindra Logistics share price on NSE was trading at ₹397.05, up by 2.50% from the previous closing price.
