Anant Raj Share Price in Focus; Partners with Orange Business and Haryana Government for Global Cloud Services

Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, and Orange Business Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Government.
According to an exchange filing dated October 7, 2026, the agreement was signed on October 6, 2026, through the Department of Industries & Commerce.
Focus on Overseas Customers
The agreement covers the marketing of Haryana-based cloud and data centre services in international markets. Anant Raj Cloud Singapore will also work on bringing overseas customers to host their data in Haryana.
Ashok Cloud, the cloud platform of the Anant Raj Group, will be marketed globally under the arrangement. The collaboration covers data centre, cloud and AI infrastructure, with Haryana being positioned as a location for overseas data workloads.
307 MW IT Load Planned
Anant Raj, through its group entities, has committed to developing about 307 MW of IT Load across its Manesar, Panchkula and Rai campuses. The Rai campus in Sonipat has potential capacity of around 200 MW IT Load.
Further investment will be carried out in phases, subject to demand, commercial viability and approvals. The company had signed another MoU with the Haryana Government in June 2026 under the Make in Haryana event, committing ₹25,000 crore towards data centre infrastructure in the state.
Haryana has also introduced a Data Centre Policy 2026 with incentives for the sector.
Orange Business Role
Orange Business will explore its role as a technology partner for data centres and cloud services, including AI and high-performance computing workloads.
Its responsibilities may include technology architecture, cloud and AI hardware, technical expertise and support for international market initiatives.
Existing Partnership Expanded
The two companies began working together in 2024 on managed cloud services in India. The latest MoU extends that relationship towards international cloud services and digital infrastructure. The agreement does not involve any shareholding arrangement or joint venture.
