Advait Energy Transitions Shares Jump Over 2% as Its Arm Secures Turnkey Contract for 200 MW Solar Project

Advait Energy Transitions has received a ₹116 crore order from KPI Green Energy Limited for a solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, as per the exchange filings.
The order was received by Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions, on August 17, 2026.
₹116 Crore Solar Project in Bikaner
The order is for EPC work for a 200 MW solar ground-mounted HSAT 33 KV project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The work will include the design, supply, services, testing, and commissioning of the project. The total order value is ₹116 crore, excluding taxes.
Advait Greenergy will have 12 months to complete the project. The contract has been awarded by KPI Green Energy Limited, which is a domestic company.
No Promoter Interest in KPI Green Energy
The company has said that its promoter, promoter group, and group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
The company has also stated that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
