NIBE Share Price Surges Over 5% on Deal with Israel’s Elbit Systems for Advanced Universal Rocket Launcher

NIBE Limited, on July 26, 2025, entered into a Technical Collaboration Agreement (TCA) with Elbit Systems Land Limited, an Israel-based defence technology company. The agreement involves licensing and technology transfer for a rocket launch system.
System Details
The system in focus is the Precise & Universal Launch System (PULS), an artillery rocket launcher. It is capable of engaging targets with precision up to a distance of 300 km. Under the agreement, NIBE will manufacture and assemble the rocket launchers in India. Elbit will provide the required know-how and licence for local production.
Terms of Collaboration
The agreement includes collaboration on design, development, manufacturing, assembly, and integration of the PULS system. Financial terms are expected to be finalised within 45 days from the date of signing.
Nibe Collaborates with International Partner
Elbit Systems Land is a division of Elbit Systems Ltd., known for its work on artillery systems, ground vehicles, and unmanned solutions. The company will act as the licensor in this collaboration.
The transaction is not classified as a related party deal. There is no involvement of NIBE’s promoter group or group companies in the agreement.
Production
Manufacturing will take place in India. The system is being produced under licence for both domestic use and potential international opportunities, and it is positioned for use in defence applications requiring long-range precision strikes. It will be the first time this system is produced locally.

As of 11:08 AM on July 28, 2025, Nibe share price was trading at ₹1,750, a 5.22% increase, with a 3.48% gain over the past month and 7.67% over the past 6 months.
Conclusion
NIBE’s agreement with Elbit Systems allows for the local production of the 300-km range PULS rocket system. The project involves full technology transfer, with production to be undertaken in India under licence.
