Indo Tech Transformers Share Price Hit 5% upper circuit on ₹32.32 Crore Order Win

Indo Tech Transformers has announced that it has received a letter of award (LOA) for the supply of three 192 MVA transformers, valued at ₹32.32 crore. This new order will contribute to the company’s growing presence in the power and distribution transformer market.
Order Details
The company is required to supply two of the transformers by November 2025, with the remaining transformer scheduled for delivery by December 2025. This order highlights Indo Tech Transformers’ commitment to meeting the growing demand for power infrastructure.
Indo Tech Transformers specialises in the manufacturing of power and distribution transformers, as well as specialised transformers for mobile sub-stations and various applications.
Financial Performance
The company also reported strong financial results for the quarter ended September 2024. Indo Tech Transformers’ net profit surged to ₹17.72 crore, a significant increase from ₹7.07 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Sales also saw a remarkable rise, increasing 52.62% to ₹146.23 crore.
Stock Performance and Share Holding Patterns
On January 1, 2025, Indo Tech Transformers share price hit 5% upper circuit, reaching ₹3047.35 at 11:32 AM (IST). According to BSE data, the stock recorded a trading volume of 1137 shares, resulting in a turnover of ₹34.63 lakh.
Indo Tech Transformers share price reached a 52-week high of ₹3,285.10 on December 16, 2024 and a 52-week low of ₹634.15 on January 4, 2025.
At the current price, Indo Tech Transformers shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 54.05x, based on its trailing 12-month. Whereas the market cap stood at ₹3,236.29 crore
As of September 30, 2024, promoters held a 75% stake in Indo Tech Transformers, while Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) owned 0.39%. Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held no stake in the company.
