Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global), a Chennai-headquartered manufacturing and technology company, has announced a major global expansion plan worth US$30 million to strengthen its aerospace manufacturing capabilities across India and the United States.
The company, which already operates advanced facilities in Chennai and Phoenix, aims to consolidate its global presence through a mix of acquisitions, brownfield expansions, and new facility developments over the next three years.
As part of its growth blueprint, TASE Global has completed the acquisition of Joined Alloys, a leading US-based aerospace manufacturer, for ₹106 crore. The deal adds two new facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, expanding TASE’s total US footprint to three units.
The company said the acquisition brings in advanced expertise in precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, brazing, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing, capabilities that will seamlessly complement its existing operations.
In India, TASE is expanding its Sriperumbudur facility with a ₹150 crore brownfield project focused on large aerostructure components and sustainable surface treatment capabilities. The upgraded plant is expected to be operational by December 2025, boosting the company’s capacity to cater to global aerospace demand while maintaining its commitment to eco-friendly, zero-liquid-discharge processes.
TASE Global is targeting revenues of US$45 million in FY26 and expects to cross the US$100 million mark within 3 years. To support this growth, the company will set up a 250,000 sq. ft. greenfield facility near Chennai between 2026 and 2028, bringing all core operations, sheet metal fabrication, machining, special processes, assembly, and surface treatment under one integrated platform.
Founded in Chennai, Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global) operates across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The company specialises in precision manufacturing and engineering solutions for the aerospace, defence, medical, and industrial sectors.
With its recent acquisition and expansion efforts, TASE aims to position itself as a global hub for advanced aerospace manufacturing. Joined Alloys, now part of TASE Global, brings over two decades of experience in precision aerospace components and serves clients including the US Department of Defence (DoD).
