Solarium Green Energy Limited has announced a significant contract win worth ₹35.3 crore (exclusive of GST) from Kirloskar Solar Technologies. This deal will involve the development and commissioning of 11,775 KW grid-connected rooftop solar systems for multiple locations under the Central Armed Forces and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
On June 24, 2025, Solarium Green Energy officially accepted a large-scale work order from Kirloskar Solar Technologies Private Limited. The contract was initially issued on June 17, 2025, and formally communicated via email on June 20. The project encompasses end-to-end execution, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a massive 11,775 KW rooftop solar infrastructure across various government sites.
The total value of the order stands at ₹35.3 crore, split between two segments: ₹32.69 crore under reference number KSTPL/SOL/NOA/16625/1 and ₹2.62 crore under KSTPL/SOL/NOA/16625/2. This project is set to significantly enhance Solarium's revenue visibility and further diversify its customer base within the renewable energy sector.
According to the terms outlined, Solarium Green Energy is required to complete the project within 6 months from the date of Notification of Award. The order focuses on mission-critical sites managed by the Central Armed Forces and MHA, which underscores the project’s national importance.

The disclosure under SEBI regulations confirms that this order does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoters nor the promoter group of Solarium Green Energy have any interest in Kirloskar Solar. The transaction has been conducted independently and at arm’s length.
