- Allegation: Non-payment of applicable Countervailing Duty and Anti-Dumping Duty under Notification No. 1/2016-Customs (CVD) dated January 19, 2016, and/or Notification No. 42/2017-Cus (ADD) dated August 30, 2017, on casting parts imported from China.
