Som Distilleries’ Hunter dominates strong beer sales in Delhi for May 2023

At 11 am, the shares of Som Distilleries and Breweries were trading at Rs 252.30, up by 1.45% from its previous closing of Rs 248.70 on the BSE.
Som Distilleries & Breweries’ flagship strong beer, Hunter, has achieved a remarkable feat by emerging as the number-one-selling brand of strong beer in the state of Delhi for the month of May 2023. This achievement underscores the exceptional quality and popularity of Hunter among beer enthusiasts in the region.

Incorporated in 1993, Som Distilleries & Breweries is one of the leading alcoholic beverages manufacturers in India engaged in the business of brewing, fermentation, bottling, canning and blending of beer and Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL).
On Monday, the stock opened at Rs 248.60 and touched a high and low of Rs 254.20 and Rs 243.65, respectively.
The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value of Rs 5 has touched a 52-week high and low of Rs 275.90 and Rs 58.41, respectively.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 275.90 and Rs 230 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1,951.21 crore.
As on May 2023, the promoters holding in the company stood at 34.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.03% and 64.66%, respectively.
