A video circulating on YouTube by the channel “PhleDekhoPhleSikho” claimed that the Indian government has launched an Berozgari Bhatta Yojana under which unemployed youth would receive ₹2,500 per month. The claim suggested that this scheme is aimed at supporting young people who are currently without jobs.

The Reality of Berozgari Bhatta Yojana

The Press Information Bureau (PIB) has clarified that this claim is completely false. There is no government scheme providing ₹2,500 per month to unemployed youth. The viral video is misleading and does not reflect any official announcement from the Central Government.

How to Verify Government Claims

PIB encourages citizens to verify any suspicious information before sharing it. Messages, videos, or posts related to government schemes should be cross-checked with official sources. The PIB has set up a fact-check system where people can report doubtful content:

This step ensures that false information is quickly identified and clarified. It is particularly important during times when misleading claims about financial aid or schemes tend to spread widely on social media.

Why Fake Claims Spread

False claims often go viral because they appeal to people’s desire for quick financial help. Messages promising cash benefits are widely shared without verification. In this case, the video misrepresented government intentions and misled unemployed youth into believing in a scheme that does not exist.

Conclusion

The claim of a ₹2,500 monthly allowance for unemployed youth under a “Berozgari Bhatta Yojana” is entirely false. Citizens should not believe or share such messages without verifying them. Always refer to official government sources and PIB fact-check services to stay informed and avoid falling prey to misinformation.
