JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund revised its portfolio in May 2026 by selling shares in Adani Enterprises and Adani Ports, while simultaneously making new investments, including Tata Motors and 14 additional stocks, as per ACE Mutual Fund data.  

The fund's latest moves reflect a significant reallocation of resources. 

JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund Exits Adani Stocks 

The JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund made a complete exit from Adani Enterprises and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone in May 2026.  

This sell-off involved 40,731 shares of Adani Enterprises valued at ₹9.80 crore and 76,122 shares of Adani Ports. 

In addition, the fund also exited 866 shares of MRF, 1.32 lakh shares of Castrol India, and 1.16 lakh shares of Cyient, marking a broader shift in strategy. 

New Investments and Increased Holdings 

Simultaneously, JioBlackRock added Tata Motors to its portfolio, acquiring approximately 6.06 lakh shares.  

The fund also made substantial investments in Bharat Heavy Electricals by purchasing 3.41 lakh shares and entering into AWL Agri Business with 2.03 lakh shares. 

Additional new entries in the portfolio include Asian PaintsUltraTech CementDLF , ArvindChennai Petroleum CorporationKansai Nerolac PaintsKajaria CeramicsLupinCemindia ProjectsPine LabsAcutaas Chemicals, and Delhivery 

The fund also significantly increased its holdings in several existing positions, including a rise in SAIL shares from 6.72 lakh in April 2026 to 20.11 lakh shares in May 2026.

Adjustments in Existing Holdings 

While acquiring new stocks, the fund also adjusted its holdings in existing stocks. It increased its shares in CESC, taking the count to 9.54 lakh, and added to its positions in Kotak Mahindra Bank and the Federal Bank 

Conversely, the fund reduced its exposure to many stocks, decreasing its stake in ITC by selling 6.34 lakh shares and in Samvardhana Motherson International by selling 5.74 lakh shares. 

The fund also maintained status quo on a number of stocks, keeping its exposure unchanged in companies like Vedanta AluminiumSBI Life Insurance Company, and Yes Bank among others. 

Conclusion 

In May 2026, the JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund adjusted its portfolio by offloading shares in Adani Enterprises and Ports, as well as 3 other stocks, while adding Tata Motors and 14 others. The fund's AUM increased to ₹3,093 crore, showing a strategic reallocation across 127 stocks, spanning 32 sectors, with banking, automobile, and IT sectors as major focus areas.
