Tilaknagar Industries Increases Stake to 21.36%
On August 6, 2025, TI confirmed a total infusion of ₹10.66 crore into SSL. Of this, ₹9.15 crore is part of the ₹13.15 crore investment plan previously announced under their September 2024 agreement, and covers the subscription of 1,772 equity shares and 11,752 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS).
In addition, TI has invested ₹1.51 crore to acquire 2,236 equity shares from early investors in SSL. With this latest capital commitment, TI’s total stake in the company now stands at 21.36% on a fully diluted basis, up from the earlier 12.98%.
The deal also grants TI the right to acquire further equity, based on a pre-agreed valuation mechanism, provided SSL achieves certain performance milestones.
Tilaknagar Industries FY26 Growth Targets
SSL has laid out aggressive plans to diversify beyond its current gin, rum, and vodka portfolio. The company is preparing to venture into whisky, heritage liqueurs, and tequila, aiming to capture broader market segments.
Management has projected a 70% revenue growth and 60% volume growth for FY26, driven by these expansions and stronger distribution.

On August 7, 2025, shares of Tilaknagar Industries Limited shares traded marginally lower, reflecting a dip of 0.60%, or ₹2.90, to a quote value of ₹483.70 at 9:19 AM on the NSE.
The stock opened at ₹486.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹489.80 before slipping to a low of ₹478.05. The Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) stood at ₹482.90.
