Tata Investment Corporation Stock Split Record Date Tomorrow Oct 14: What You Need to Know

Tata Investment Corporation shares are in focus as the record date for the 1:10 stock split is scheduled for tomorrow, October 14, 2025.
Tata Investment Corporation said in an exchange filing, “Sub-division of the existing 1 (one) equity share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid-up, into 10 (Ten) equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, fully paid-up, by alteration of Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
In furtherance of the above disclosures and pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has fixed Tuesday, October 14, 2025, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for subdivision of shares.
What Does Tata Investment Stock Split Record Date Mean for Shareholders?
As Tata Investment Corporation has fixed October 14, 2025, as the record date for the stock split, meaning that October 13 marks the last day to buy Tata Investment shares to become eligible for the stock split. Further, any shares bought on or after October 14 (record date) won't be eligible for the stock split due to the T+1 settlement rule.
