Tata Investment Corporation 1:10 Stock Split Record Date Today

Tata Investment Corporation shares are set to trade ex-date on October 14, 2025, due to the record date for the 1:10 stock split.
Tata Investment Corporation said in an exchange filing, “Sub-division of the existing 1 (one) equity share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid-up, into 10 (Ten) equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, fully paid-up, by alteration of Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
In furtherance of the above disclosures and pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has fixed Tuesday, October 14, 2025, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for subdivision of shares.
