XtraNet Technologies reported a 77.9% year-on-year increase in profit to ₹6.04 crore from ₹3.4 crore. Revenue increased 10.5% to ₹50.5 crore from ₹45.7 crore.
Lohia Corp Ltd
Lohia Corp reported a four-fold increase in profit to ₹66.3 crore from ₹16.9 crore. Revenue grew 59.5% to ₹503 crore compared with ₹315.4 crore in the corresponding period.
EMS Ltd
EMS has received L-1 bidder status from the Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Rajasthan, for the construction of a water treatment plant and ancillary works in Kota. The estimated order value is ₹190.86 crore.
Hexaware Technologies Ltd
Hexaware Technologies has announced Zero Vulnerability, a cybersecurity offering designed to address the growing challenge of identifying and fixing enterprise vulnerabilities. The company said the offering focuses on helping organisations manage security issues as AI accelerates vulnerability discovery.
Ramco Systems Ltd
Ramco Systems Corporation, USA, a subsidiary of Ramco Systems, announced that Pem-Air, an engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services and accessory repair provider, has selected Ramco Aviation software for its engine MRO operations.
Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd
Dr Lal PathLabs FZCO, Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, incorporated Dr Lal PathLabs Indomed LLC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on August 19. The subsidiary has agreed to subscribe to 70% of the share capital of the new company.
Autoline Industries Ltd
Autoline Industries secured a new business award from Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles for supplying four critical components for hatchback applications. The business is expected to generate annual incremental revenue of approximately ₹80 crore, while associated tooling is expected to contribute one-time revenue of approximately ₹30 crore.
HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has approved the reappointment of Vibha Padalkar as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HDFC Life for another five-year term from September 12, 2026.
IRDAI has also approved the reappointment of Niraj Shah as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for another five-year term, effective April 26, 2026.
Hyundai Motor India Ltd
Hyundai Motor India plans to increase vehicle prices by up to 1% across its portfolio from September 2026. The increase will vary by model and variant and has been attributed to rising input and commodity costs, higher operating expenses and continuing geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties.

Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 24, 2026.

The board of Aditya Infotech has approved a fund-raising plan of up to ₹1,500 crore through the issuance of securities by way of public issues, qualified institutional placement or other permitted methods.
United Spirits Ltd
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has revoked its order dated June 29, 2026, relating to the sale of one of the products manufactured at United Spirits' Baramati unit.
BSE Ltd
BSE has entered into an agreement with MSCI covering a number of its indexes. The exchange will explore the launch of futures and options contracts in India linked to these indexes, subject to regulatory approvals. The proposed contracts are intended to provide investors with another avenue to access and hedge exposure to the Indian market.
Dhenu Buildcon Infra Ltd
SEBI has barred six preferential allottees of Dhenu Buildcon Infra from disposing of the company's shares after finding prima facie evidence of round-tripping of funds involving purported loans worth ₹1,000 crore.
