Dr Reddy’s Laboratories reported a decline in its fourth quarter financial performance on a year-on-year basis. Consolidated profit fell 86.2% to ₹220.1 crore compared to ₹1,593.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, while revenue declined 11.6% to ₹7,516.2 crore. The stock is likely to remain in focus as investors assess the earnings impact.
Tata Power reported a 4.5% decline in consolidated quarterly profit to ₹995.9 crore against ₹1,042.8 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue also declined 12.8% to ₹14,900.2 crore. Investors are expected to monitor the company’s operational outlook closely.
Torrent Power posted a sharp 70% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹318.2 crore compared to ₹1,059.6 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue slipped marginally to ₹6,406.1 crore, while higher tax expenses weighed on profitability.
Nazara Technologies reported a strong improvement in profitability during the fourth quarter. Consolidated profit surged nearly 14 times to ₹55.7 crore despite a decline in revenue to ₹397.8 crore, highlighting improved operational efficiencies.

Sagility posted healthy quarterly numbers with consolidated profit rising 41.2% year-on-year to ₹257.7 crore. Revenue increased 29% to ₹2,024.3 crore, indicating continued momentum in business operations.
Kalpataru Projects delivered a robust financial performance during the quarter. Consolidated profit jumped more than 14-fold to ₹200.5 crore, while revenue surged 183.8% to ₹1,693.7 crore compared to the previous year.
Neuland Laboratories reported strong earnings growth with profit increasing nearly eight-fold to ₹212.7 crore. Revenue also rose significantly by 136.4% to ₹776.3 crore, reflecting strong business demand.
Dixon Technologies posted a 36% decline in consolidated quarterly profit to ₹256.4 crore. However, revenue registered moderate growth of 2.1% to ₹10,510.5 crore.
Gopal Snacks reported a turnaround in profitability during the fourth quarter. The company posted a profit of ₹29.9 crore compared to a net loss of ₹39.5 crore in the corresponding period last year, while revenue increased 29% to ₹409.6 crore.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering reported a 45% rise in consolidated quarterly profit to ₹57.7 crore despite a decline in revenue. Separately, the company received a Letter of Award worth ₹4,045 crore from Tsiko Africa Logistics and Barberry Holdings for freight wagons, locomotives, components and long-term maintenance services, strengthening its order book visibility.
Cohance Lifesciences reported weak quarterly earnings with consolidated profit declining 83.8% to ₹19.6 crore, while revenue fell 26.3% to ₹619.1 crore on a year-on-year basis.
MTAR Technologies posted strong operational growth during the quarter. Consolidated profit surged 222.8% to ₹44.3 crore, while revenue increased 67.2% to ₹306.1 crore compared to the previous year.
RVNL emerged as the lowest bidder for an EPC project worth ₹221.3 crore from South East Central Railway. The project includes replacement of panel interlocking systems with electronic interlocking infrastructure and related electrification works across multiple railway stations in the Bilaspur Division.
PNC Infratech announced the execution of a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India for ₹234.99 crore under the Government of India’s Vivad Se Vishwas II scheme, which is expected to improve dispute resolution and cash flow visibility.
Interarch Building Solutions secured a contract worth ₹102 crore for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building system from a customer.
Vodafone Idea stated that its board will consider audited fourth quarter financial results on May 16. The board will also evaluate a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or warrants on a preferential basis.
United Breweries announced that a tax demand order worth ₹275 crore has been reduced to nil by the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal, providing relief to the company.
Marquee investors including YC Holdings, Ribbit Capital and Peak XV Partners collectively sold shares worth ₹5,326 crore in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of the investment platform Groww. Meanwhile, True North Fund VI LLP sold a 6.86% stake in Fedbank Financial Services to Nomura through block deals.
