Aegis Logistics Ltd
Aegis Logistics has executed a Business Transfer Agreement worth ₹525 crore with its step-down subsidiary, Aegis Terminal (Pipavav), for the transfer of a specialised ammonia storage terminal at Pipavav Port. The terminal has a static storage capacity of 36,000 MT and will be transferred through a slump sale on a going-concern basis.
Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd

Kotak Mahindra Bank has allotted US$650 million of 5.478% senior notes due in 2031 under its US$1 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The notes will be listed on India International Exchange and NSE IFSC.
ICICI Bank Ltd
ICICI Bank has priced US$1 billion of senior unsecured fixed-rate notes under its US$7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. Moody’s Ratings and S&P Global Ratings have assigned Baa3 and BBB ratings, respectively, to the notes.
Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd
Brigade Hotel Ventures has appointed Vinay Gupta as Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the company’s management team and oversee its business operations and growth plans.
Lenskart Solutions Ltd

Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd
3P Investment Managers, owned by veteran fund manager Prashant Jain, acquired 10.88 lakh shares, representing a 2.5% stake in Entero Healthcare Solutions, for ₹104.99 crore. The shares were purchased at ₹1,377.80 apiece from Prasid Uno Family Trust.
Shankesh Jewellers Ltd
Shankesh Jewellers is set to list on the mainboard, making the company one of the stocks to watch during Tuesday’s trading session as investors assess its debut performance.
Sunshine Pictures Ltd
