EBIT grew 11.6% to ₹17,317 crore, although the EBIT margin eased to 23.95% from 24.45% a year earlier. The board also announced an interim dividend of ₹12 per share.

Anand Rathi Wealth posted strong quarterly earnings, with consolidated net profit surging 73.6% year-on-year to ₹163 crore. Revenue increased 17.5% to ₹322 crore, while other income jumped significantly to ₹110.3 crore, supporting overall profitability.
Muthoot Microfin Ltd
Muthoot Microfin reported healthy business growth during the quarter. Assets under management (AUM) increased 18% year-on-year to ₹14,457 crore, disbursements climbed 49% to ₹2,645 crore and collection efficiency improved to 97.97%.
Dixon Technologies Ltd
Dixon Technologies executed a joint venture agreement with Vivo Mobile India to establish a new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for electronic devices, including smartphones. Dixon will hold a 51% stake in the venture, while Vivo Mobile India will own the remaining 49%.

Vikram Solar entered into a solar cell supply agreement with Evervolt Solar Technology India to procure Mono-PERC 10BB DCR-compliant solar cells with an aggregate capacity of 130 MW, strengthening its solar manufacturing capabilities.

Container Corporation of India signed an agreement with GAIL (India) to establish a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) dispensing station at CONCOR's Inland Container Depot in Khodiyar, Ahmedabad, supporting cleaner fuel adoption in logistics operations.
Pace Digitek Ltd
Pace Digitek's subsidiary, Lineage Power, signed two strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Onward Solar Power and Kalpa Power for the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), strengthening its position in the energy storage segment.
Premier Energies Ltd
Premier Energies inaugurated its new 5.6 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Telangana. The company also conducted the ground-breaking ceremony for a 6 GWh Battery Energy Storage System facility and an aluminium frame manufacturing unit with an annual capacity of 18,000 metric tonnes.
Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd
Great Eastern Shipping took delivery of the Long Range 2 tanker Jag Laxman with a deadweight tonnage of approximately 109,990. The acquisition was funded entirely through internal accruals, taking the company's owned fleet to 41 vessels with capacity utilisation remaining close to 100%.
