Arisinfra Solutions Ltd
Arisinfra Solutions, through its subsidiary Arisunitern RE Solutions, secured an order from O2 Spaces, a partnership firm associated with Vaishnavi Residences Group, to provide Developer-as-a-Service services for a residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project has an estimated gross development value of ₹280 crore, with an estimated material supply opportunity of more than ₹100 crore for Arisinfra Solutions.

Asian Energy Services' subsidiary, Oilmax Energy, received a Letter of Intent from the Government of Arunachal Pradesh for a Composite Licence covering the Pakro Vanadium and Graphite Block at Pakro Village. The block covers an area of 155.46 hectares.
Neuland Laboratories Ltd
Neuland Laboratories' board approved capital expenditure of ₹126 crore for the purchase of approximately 134 acres of land at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The company also has a right of first refusal for an additional contiguous parcel of around 66 acres, which could take the total landholding at the location to approximately 200 acres. The land is intended for future expansion.
Mankind Pharma Ltd
Shareholders of Bharat Serums & Vaccines, a subsidiary of Mankind Pharma, have approved the voluntary liquidation of Bharat Serums & Vaccines. The development is expected to remain on investors' radar as the company proceeds with the liquidation process.
GE Vernova T&D India Ltd
GE Vernova T&D India has emerged as the lowest bidder for the design and establishment of a 6,000 MW, ±800 kV High Voltage Direct Current LCC terminal station. The project comprises two 3,000 MW terminals and is aimed at evacuating renewable power from Barmer II to South Kalamb.
Adani Power Ltd
Adani Power has received a Letter of Intent from the Resolution Professional for the acquisition of GVK Energy through its subsidiary Alaknanda Hydro Power Company. GVK Energy owns and operates a 330 MW hydroelectric power plant in Uttarakhand.
Life Insurance Corporation of India
Life Insurance Corporation of India reported a 45.3% year-on-year increase in new business premium to ₹23,275 crore in August. Its year-to-date premium rose 22.31% to ₹80,005 crore, highlighting continued growth in new business during the current financial year.

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd
SBI Life Insurance reported a 2.8% year-on-year increase in new business premium to ₹3,415 crore in August. Its year-to-date premium rose 12.73% to ₹16,220 crore.
HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd
HDFC Life Insurance recorded a 17.8% year-on-year rise in new business premium to ₹3,609 crore in August. The company's year-to-date premium increased 14.43% to ₹15,570 crore.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance reported a 9.9% year-on-year increase in new business premium to ₹1,953 crore in August. Its year-to-date premium rose 18.52% to ₹9,120 crore.
Bulk Deals
Edelweiss Financial Services promoter Venkatchalam Arakoni Ramaswamy sold 50 lakh shares, representing 0.52% of the company's paid-up equity, for ₹65.41 crore at ₹130.83 per share.
HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 9.93 lakh shares, representing a 0.51% stake in HEG, for ₹26.44 crore at ₹266.21 per share.
Persistence Capital Fund I acquired 2.4 lakh shares, representing a 0.53% stake in GMM Pfaudler, for ₹29.67 crore at ₹1,236.11 per share.
United Shippers, a member of the promoter group of Kopran, sold 12 lakh shares in two transactions at ₹234.66 and ₹234.30 per share. The total 2.48% stake sold was valued at ₹28.13 crore.
Yagavi N A, a member of the promoter group of RPP Infra Projects, sold 8.31 lakh shares, representing a 1.67% stake, for ₹4.44 crore at ₹53.52 per share. The promoter group member has sold a total 7.98% stake since August.
Abin Dinesh bought 4.65 lakh shares in RPP Infra Projects for ₹2.49 crore at ₹53.58 per share, taking his total stake to 2.66%. G Visalatchi also purchased 4.62 lakh shares for ₹2.47 crore at ₹53.50 per share, increasing her holding to 2.65%.
