Several stocks are expected to remain in focus during Friday's trading session as investors track quarterly earnings, block deals, new listings and other company-specific developments. 

Piramal Pharma Ltd 

An existing shareholder is likely to sell a 6% stake in Piramal Pharma through block deals, with the offer size estimated at around ₹1,750 crore, according to news reports. The proposed transaction is likely to remain in focus as investors assess the potential impact of the stake sale. 

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd 

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles reported a 80.2% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹775 crore in the first quarter, compared with ₹3,924 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue increased 9.3% to ₹95,799 crore from ₹87,677 crore, while the company reported a forex loss of ₹150 crore against a forex gain of ₹523 crore in the year-ago period. 

LG Electronics India Ltd 

LG Electronics India reported a 27.2% year-on-year increase in quarterly profit to ₹652.9 crore from ₹513.3 crore. Revenue rose 15.5% to ₹7,233.4 crore from ₹6,262.9 crore, reflecting growth across the business during the quarter. 

Honasa Consumer Ltd 

Honasa Consumer's consolidated profit surged 118.4% year on year to ₹90.2 crore from ₹41.3 crore. Revenue increased 27% to ₹755.9 crore from ₹595.3 crore, putting the consumer-focused company in focus following its quarterly performance. 

Welspun Living Ltd 

Welspun Living reported an 83.6% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit to ₹160.7 crore from ₹87.6 crore. Revenue grew 23.7% to ₹2,795.5 crore from ₹2,260.6 crore, supported by continued growth in its operations. 

KRBL Ltd 

KRBL's consolidated profit increased 73.2% year on year to ₹260.7 crore from ₹150.6 crore. However, revenue declined 5.6% to ₹1,495.9 crore from ₹1,584.4 crore, creating a mixed picture for the quarter.

Indigo Paints Ltd 

Indigo Paints reported a 61% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹41.7 crore from ₹25.9 crore. Revenue grew 19.7% to ₹369.7 crore from ₹308.9 crore, keeping the stock in focus following its quarterly results. 

LEAP India 

LEAP India is set for a mainboard listing, making the stock one of the companies to watch in the market on August 14, 2026. Investors are likely to track the listing performance and market response as trading begins. 

Other Stocks in Focus 

Aditya Birla Real Estate is also likely to remain in focus after its subsidiary, Birla Estates, entered the Navi Mumbai market through the redevelopment of Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society in Vashi. The project is being undertaken jointly with an affiliate of Priyanka Group and has an estimated total revenue potential of around ₹2,600 crore. 

In the bulk and block deal segment, Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation sold 25 lakh shares, or 0.84% of the paid-up equity, in UltraTech Cement for ₹2,896.25 crore.  

SBI Mutual Fund also acquired a 2.04% stake in Urban Company for ₹428.4 crore, while several existing investors sold stakes in the company. 

Conclusion 

Quarterly earnings, stake sales, block deals and new listings are likely to drive stock-specific activity during today's trading session, with investors closely monitoring the latest corporate developments.
