Physicswallah is scheduled to announce its first-quarter consolidated results today. Investors will monitor the company’s revenue growth, profitability and operating performance as the education technology company reports its latest financial numbers.
Voltas Ltd
Voltas reported a 52.2% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit to ₹213.8 crore in the first quarter, compared with ₹140.5 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue increased 18.7% to ₹4,673.5 crore from ₹3,938.6 crore, keeping the stock in focus.
Rubicon Research Ltd
Rubicon Research reported a 95.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹84.8 crore in the first quarter from ₹43.3 crore. Revenue jumped 51.6% to ₹534.3 crore from ₹352.5 crore, highlighting strong growth during the quarter.
Juniper Green Energy Ltd
Juniper Green Energy received a Letter of Award from the Solar Energy Corporation of India for 230 MW of contracted capacity for a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock power project. The development strengthens the company’s renewable energy project pipeline.
CESC Ltd
Purvah Green Power, a subsidiary of CESC, received a Letter of Award from the Solar Energy Corporation of India for the supply of 70 MW of Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock power from an ISTS-connected renewable energy project in India.
PB Fintech Ltd
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has issued a show-cause notice to Policybazaar Insurance Brokers, a wholly owned subsidiary of PB Fintech, following observations from an inspection. Policybazaar Insurance Brokers is expected to submit its response within the prescribed timelines.
IRDAI had conducted an inspection of the insurance broker between October 21 and October 25, 2024. The regulator has also issued a Letter of Advice concerning certain documentary and process-related matters.
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd
The US Food and Drug Administration completed a Good Manufacturing Practice inspection at Dr Reddy’s formulations manufacturing facility, FTO-3, in Bachupally, Hyderabad. The inspection was conducted between August 6 and August 14, 2026.
Following the inspection, the USFDA issued a Form 483 containing four observations. Investors are likely to monitor the company’s response and any subsequent regulatory developments.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd
Texmaco Rail & Engineering has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with its subsidiary, Texmaco Defence Technologies, and Vagus Def Tech & Aerospace Fund-1 for an investment of up to ₹200 crore.
The first ₹100 crore will be invested through a fresh issue of equity shares, while the remaining ₹100 crore will be invested through equity or debt instruments. Following the proposed investment, Calculus will hold 30% of the equity share capital of Texmaco Defence Technologies, which will consequently cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Texmaco Rail & Engineering.
Reliance Industries Ltd
Reliance Industries and Rolls-Royce have announced their strategic intent to partner on the design, development, manufacturing and delivery of a sovereign indigenous combat engine for India’s Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft programme.
The companies will explore the formation of a dedicated Aerospace Gas Turbine Complex, which is proposed to serve as a centre of excellence for power and propulsion technology in India.

Bank of India
Bank of India has appointed Vineet Srivastava as its Chief Financial Officer, replacing B Kumar. The appointment took effect from August 14, 2026.
Kitex Garments Ltd
The board of Kitex Garments has approved plans to raise funds of up to ₹3,000 crore. The fundraising may be carried out through equity shares, non-convertible debentures along with warrants, or a combination of these instruments through one or more qualified institutional placements or any other permitted mode.
BEML Ltd
BEML has received an order worth $6.65 million from Mauritius for the supply of BE220G hydraulic excavators. The equipment will be deployed across key African markets, including Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Côte d’Ivoire and neighbouring countries.
Following the order, BEML’s international order bookings stand at approximately $119 million.
GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd
GMR Airports reported a 0.4% year-on-year increase in passenger traffic to 93.12 lakh in July. Domestic passenger traffic declined 0.1% to 69 lakh, while international passenger traffic increased 2% to 24 lakh. Aircraft movements declined 1.5% to 58,314 during the month.
WeWork India Management Ltd
Ariel Way Tenant Limited, the UK-based affiliate of WeWork Global, sold 35 lakh shares of WeWork India at ₹697.55 per share, according to exchange data. The seller held a 14.82% stake as of June 2026.
The shares were acquired by four investors, including Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, HDFC Standard Life Insurance and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd
Rahul Pradeep Rathi and his father, Pradeep Ramwilas Rathi, sold a combined 1.84% stake in Sudarshan Chemical Industries for ₹148.22 crore. Rahul Rathi sold 5.26 lakh shares at ₹1,030.43 per share, while Pradeep Rathi sold 9.26 lakh shares at ₹1,015.43 per share.
Rolex Rings Ltd
Mirae Asset Mutual Fund acquired 9.3 lakh shares in Rolex Rings at ₹178.59 per share in a transaction valued at ₹16.61 crore.
LEAP India Ltd
US-based Capital Group-owned Smallcap World Fund acquired an additional 88.56 lakh shares in LEAP India, representing more than 2% of the paid-up equity, for ₹142.77 crore at ₹161.22 per share.
The Prudential Assurance Company also purchased 55.5 lakh shares, representing a 1.25% stake, for ₹85.56 crore at ₹154.16 per share. Habrok India Master LP acquired 47 lakh shares, or a 1.06% stake, for ₹77.67 crore at ₹165.26 per share.
Aagam Investments purchased 30.6 lakh shares, representing a 0.69% stake, for ₹48.12 crore at ₹157.27 per share, while GDN Investments acquired 20 lakh shares at ₹165.90 per share in a transaction valued at ₹33.18 crore.
Indigo Paints Ltd
HDFC Mutual Fund bought an additional 5.8 lakh shares in Indigo Paints, representing 1.2% of the paid-up equity, for ₹68.16 crore at ₹1,173.26 per share. HDFC Small Cap Fund already held a 6.44% stake in the company as of June 2026.
Menon Bearings Ltd
Promoters of Menon Bearings Ltd, Sucheta Nitin Menon, Aditya Nitin Menon and Anshul Nitin Menon sold 9.96 lakh shares, representing a 1.77% stake, for ₹23.92 crore at ₹240 per share.
Persistence Capital Fund I acquired 8.75 lakh shares, representing a 1.56% stake, for ₹21 crore at the same price.
Solvex Edibles Ltd
Unicorn Fund acquired 2.08 lakh shares, representing a 2.3% stake, in Solvex Edibles from Dhirajbhai Vaghjibhai Koradiya for ₹36.4 lakh at ₹17.50 per share. Koradiya held a 2.7% stake in the company as of March 2026.
