The business serves nearly 1.5 lakh customers through a workforce of about 1,000 employees.
KPIT Technologies Ltd
KPIT Technologies expects its first-quarter FY27 performance to be below earlier expectations following a sudden decline in revenues during the last few weeks. The company anticipates a 1% year-on-year decline in USD revenue and expects EBITDA and profit margins to decline sequentially. However, management remains confident of delivering sustainable and profitable growth during the second half of FY27.
Cupid Ltd
Cupid expects to report revenue exceeding ₹150 crore during the first quarter of FY27. Encouraged by strong business momentum, the company has also revised its FY27 revenue outlook upward by at least 10%.
RailTel Corporation of India Ltd
RailTel has secured a work order worth ₹107.6 crore from Mahanadi Coalfields Limited for establishing an MPLS VPN network on a rental basis for a period of 60 months. The contract strengthens the company's order book in the telecom infrastructure segment.
Rane (Madras) Ltd
Rane (Madras) has entered into an agreement with Hindustan Composites to acquire its friction business through a slump sale for an enterprise value of ₹370 crore. The acquisition is expected to strengthen the company's presence in the automotive components business.
Tata Communications Ltd
Tata Communications announced senior leadership changes. Genius Wong will step down as Executive Vice President – Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services and Chief Technology Officer effective July 31, 2026. Rupesh Chokshi will assume the role of Executive Vice President and Global Business Head – Network Services from August 1, while Vivek Srivastava has been appointed Executive Vice President and Business Head for Cloud and Cybersecurity Services effective August 17, 2026.

Chiswick Investment, an affiliate of GIC Group, sold a total 11.03% stake in Genus Power through multiple block deals valued at approximately ₹955.6 crore. Several institutional and individual investors participated in the transactions.

360 ONE Pipe Fund acquired a 3.52% stake in Ivalue Infosolutions for approximately ₹50 crore.
