Benchmark indices are expected to witness stock-specific action today as investors react to a series of quarterly earnings, bulk deals, block transactions, fresh listings and other corporate developments.  

Companies from sectors including information technology, aviation, banking, financial services, auto components and infrastructure are likely to remain on traders' radar throughout the session. 

Apart from earnings announcements, investors will also monitor block deals, management appointments, new product launches and companies trading ex-dividend or ex-date for corporate actions. 

Infosys Ltd 

Infosys reported a strong first-quarter performance with consolidated net profit rising 12.2% year-on-year to ₹7,769 crore, while revenue increased 14% to ₹48,211 crore. EBIT climbed 15.4% to ₹10,163 crore, with the EBIT margin improving to 21.1% from 20.8%. Dollar revenue stood at $5,082 million, while large deal total contract value reached $3.6 billion, with 67% comprising net new deals. The board also appointed Ashiss Kumar Dash as Chief Executive Officer Designate until March 2027, after which he will assume the roles of CEO and Managing Director. 

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd 

InterGlobe Aviation posted a consolidated quarterly loss of ₹238 crore compared with a profit of ₹2,176.3 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue, however, increased 19.9% to ₹24,584.1 crore. Rising fuel costs significantly impacted profitability, with aircraft fuel expenses surging 85.7% year-on-year. 

Meesho 

The e-commerce platform, Meesho reported a notable improvement in financial performance. Consolidated losses narrowed to ₹132.8 crore from ₹289.3 crore a year ago, while revenue jumped 48.3% to ₹3,712.8 crore, reflecting continued growth in customer demand. 

Cyient Ltd 

Cyient delivered mixed quarterly results. Revenue rose 21.3% year-on-year to ₹2,075.7 crore, but consolidated net profit declined 32.3% to ₹104.1 crore. The company also reported a sharp fall in other income during the quarter. 

Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd 

Sona BLW Precision Forgings reported strong earnings for the quarter. Consolidated profit increased 46.7% year-on-year to ₹178.5 crore, while revenue climbed 52.4% to ₹1,301.2 crore, supported by healthy business momentum. 

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd 

Motilal Oswal Financial Services posted a healthy quarterly performance. Consolidated net profit rose 9.6% year-on-year to ₹1,273.1 crore, while revenue increased 25.1% to ₹3,425.8 crore, driven by strong business activity. 

Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd 

Suryoday Small Finance Bank reported an impressive quarterly performance, with net profit more than doubling to ₹75.2 crore. Net interest income increased 27.8%, while provisions declined significantly. Gross non-performing assets edged up slightly, whereas net NPA improved sharply. 

NIIT Learning Systems Ltd 

NIIT Learning Systems reported steady growth during the quarter. Consolidated net profit increased 16% year-on-year to ₹57.4 crore, while revenue rose 25% to ₹565.1 crore, reflecting sustained demand for its learning solutions. 

Orient Cement Ltd 

Orient Cement reported a challenging quarter as net profit declined 62.4% year-on-year to ₹77 crore. Revenue also fell 30.3% to ₹604 crore, indicating weaker operating performance. 

Shadowfax Technologies 

Shadowfax Technologies will remain in focus after reports suggested that existing investors including Eight Roads, Flipkart and IMM India Fund are likely to sell shares worth more than ₹1,000 crore through block deals. The reported floor price for the transaction is ₹197 per share. 

Coforge Ltd 

Coforge announced the launch of Coforge Nuuron, an artificial intelligence operating system designed to help enterprises scale AI initiatives and integrate AI-driven capabilities across business operations. 

Dhabriya Polywood Ltd 

Dhabriya Polywood attracted attention following major bulk deals. Investor Ashish Rameshchandra Kacholia nearly exited his investment by selling 5.76 lakh shares valued at ₹22.29 crore. Surya Vanshi Commotrade also reduced its holding, while Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund acquired a 5.55% stake worth approximately ₹23.32 crore.

Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd 

Gandhar Oil Refinery India witnessed a significant bulk deal after Societe Generale acquired 6.84 lakh shares, representing a 0.7% stake in the company, through a transaction worth ₹19.22 crore. 

Oswal Pumps Ltd 

Shares of Oswal Pumps will also remain in focus after ValueQuest-owned VQ FasterCap Fund sold 5.98 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.52% stake, through a bulk transaction worth ₹20.54 crore. 

Caliber Mining & Logistics Ltd 

Caliber Mining & Logistics is expected to attract investor interest as the company is scheduled to make its debut on the mainboard today, making it one of the key listings to watch. 

Conclusion 

Quarterly earnings, bulk deals, new listings, AI-focused product launches and corporate actions are expected to drive stock-specific movement today. Investors are likely to closely monitor financial performance, management commentary and institutional transactions before taking fresh positions.
